Get to know Amber - Owner

I'm Amber, the owner of Sit N Stay. As the biggest animal lover, I took the leap and set up my pet business at the end of 2023. Since then, I have been incredibly lucky to be so busy.

I have 5 cats (Willow, Olive, Sid, Saffy & Winnie) and 2 rabbits (Rolo & Lolly.)

Anyone that knows me will tell you my pets are my babies. Since I was a child I've always been totally obsessed with animals, I got my first cat when I was 2 years old, she lived an amazing 19 years until I was 21, and was the sole reason I found such a deep love for animals from such a young age.

One thing I pride myself in is my selflessness when it comes to caring for pets. To me, nothing is more important. Using my experiences with my own pets as examples, I have slept on the floor with my poorly cats more times than I can count, been up every hour of the night administering medication for my rabbits and cats, and became a 24hr carer for my elderly, paralysed rabbit. No task or level of care is ever too much. 

When your pet is in my care, they will be loved the way I love my own, that is a promise!
